We will have limited access to email and will reply to any unread messages after we return.
Any purchases made through our website after Thursday, April 25 will ship after we return.
We are available for appointments through Thursday, April 25, but anything brought in for repair – unless it involves warranty service – will be completed after we return. This is to ensure we can honor our existing commitments in a timely manner.
Any instruments, mouthpieces, payments, or other correspondence shipped to us via USPS during this period will be held at our local post office and delivered to us after we return. Shipments using any other provider will likely be returned as undeliverable. Please plan accordingly.
For customers whose instruments are currently in our shop, this pause has been in our shop calendar for several months and any time estimates we originally provided still apply.
